EnglishTalk ("we", "our", "the app") helps people practise English through anonymous voice calls. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Please read it carefully.
EnglishTalk does not require you to sign up, log in, or give your name, email, or phone number. You use the app anonymously.
The following is saved only on your phone (not on our servers):
If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is deleted.
The app asks for microphone permission so you can talk during voice calls. The microphone is used only during a call. We do not record audio.
EnglishTalk is for adults 18 years and older. During setup we ask your date of birth to confirm your age. If you are under 18, the app blocks access.
Free users may see ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to show ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Pro (paid) users do not see ads.
Pro subscriptions and point purchases (when available) are processed by the Google Play billing system. We do not see or store your card or payment details.
Users can report or block others during a call. We may use reports to keep the community safe.
This app is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
